NEXT STEPS

The adopted Supplementary Planning Document will be used by our Planning Team to consider new planning applications that are brought forward for Romford by:

• Havering Council

• Developers

• Joint partnerships between Developers and Havering

 

In addition the wider Masterplan will be paid for through these developments.

Private landowners proposing developments must make financial contributions to wider public realm improvements and infrastructure.

This Masterplan will make sure that there is joined-up thinking on what those improvements involve.
