Following the extensive Your Romford public engagement programme from 2019 - 2024 Havering's Planning Team carried out a formal consultation process from 30th September until 11th November 2024.

 

With 73% of residents who participated expressing continued support for the plan, the Council adopted the Masterplan as a Supplementary Planning Document in March 2024.

 

The Masterplan is now a Supplementary Planning Document and can now formally support the adopted Local Plan.
